Questions students ask
Why do I pay here instead of in the app?
App stores in Zambia don't accept Airtel or MTN money. Paying here means you can use the mobile money you already have.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. One account unlocks the app on both.
What happens when my days run out?
Access pauses until you buy more time. Nothing renews on its own, so you are never charged without knowing.
Can I add more days before my plan ends?
Yes. New days are added on top of the days you still have.
